Product Description

Welded wedge wire screens
welded wedge wire screens consist of sequentially arranged wedge wires which are connected vibration-resistant with cross bars to a firm screen by means a resistance welding. This results in screen openings in form of slots in-between the profiles. Theses slots can be adapted in their width according to application.

The range of guangxing wedge screens starts with finest
profil wires to achieve the highest possible open screen
area and goes to very rigid and sturdy designs to withstand
high mechanical impacts when in use.

Plain Guangxing screens are mainly produced by flat
welding technics. Apart from them it is also possible,
when design and slot width require it, to produce a
spirally welded wedge wire cylinder first, which is then
cut and made flat.
