Product Description

The wedge-shaped wire filter pipe is welded by wedge-shaped wire winding and wedge-shaped bar (or round bar) at each intersection.

Product features:

1. The wedge-shaped wire filter pipe has solid structure, high porosity and accurate gap size. It is especially suitable for fine sand and silt formation of water well.

2. The opening area of the wedge-shaped wire filter pipe is large, and the proportion of the filtering area is up to 60%.

3. The wedge-shaped structure design can effectively prevent the screen tube from blocking and easy to backwash.

4. The larger filtration area makes it easier for groundwater to penetrate into the well, so as to obtain abundant water, reduce the drawdown of water level, and reduce energy consumption.

5. Larger filtration area can relatively reduce the pressure of water infiltration, and prevent sand particles from entering the well pipe under larger water pressure, so as to reduce the friction between sand particles and equipment, reduce wear, and improve the service life of the screen.

6. Under the same length, diameter and small gap condition, the flow rate of the wedge wire filter is 3 times of that of the bridge filter and 9 times of that of the slotted filter.
