Wedge wire slot tubes also named wedge wire screen tube, wrapped wire tubes, wire wrapped screen pipe, screen pipe, wire wrapped screen pipe, it is made of outstanding chemical stability and corrosion resistance V shape working profile stainless steel wire and the longitudinal support rods.
With very strong welding smooth surface and resistant to clogging, wedge wire slot tubes ideal for mechanical filtration and separation of liquids and solids.

Filtering Direction
Each intersecting point the V shape section plane can avoid blockage, and make sure of the unimpeded water. The consecutive slot has more open area, and it can reduce the speed of the water entering to these wires is fusion welded, so it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property. Avoid the sand entering the screen under the great pressure, so it can filter sand better. There are two filtering direction.
