hengshui guangxing screen Water well screens, also called Vee wire well screens, are made of V or wedge shaped wires around an internal array of longitudinal support rods. It is designed to serve as the intake portion of wells constructed in unconsolidated or semi-consolidated aquifers. This design supplies a continuous slot openings, which allows water to enter the well freely in ample quantities and keeps the majority of sand and gravels out of the well at the same time.

Applications
High strength continuous slot stainless steel water well screen are widely used in water well for efficient water filtration and sand control. It can also be used in the oil and gas wells.
Product Details show:
Wedge Wire cylinder mesh Screen/Chinese continuous slot screen(manufacturer) consist of V-shape profile wire and the longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded, so wedge wire screens has sturdy constriction and good mechanical property.
Testing:
1.when raw materials arrive at our factory, we will inpsect the chemical component and then loaded into our warehouse.
2.our inspector will check during all the procedure.
3. before be packaged, our sales manager will inspect the goods with inspector again, approved ones will be labled and packaged.
4.we have person to inspect the loading into container to avoid damage during transportation.
For every different slot opening a new tooling is necessary. So continuous cylinders are only interesting for large quantities. For lower quantities a cylinder is more cost effective.
Packing & Delivery:
Packing Details: 304 316L water well screens/wedge wire screen/stainless steel wire meshes with thread connection are packed with bubble bag or woven bag and then with wooden strip or in wooden case(fumigation certificate).
Delivery time: 304 316L Johnson V type screen pipe/wedge wire screens/stainless steel wire meshes with thread connection are delivered with 3-30 days or depend on quantity.
