Product Description
What is Wedge wire filter candle ?
It is made of V-shaped wire (surface wire) and support wire. The surface wire is connected with the support rod by electric welding. The strict continuous integrity makes the all-welded wire-wound screen have the minimum capacity to withstand high pressure. , belongs to the form of surface layer filtering.
These filter elements are highly precise, have small slit openings and excellent roundness. The slot tube can be equipped with necessary end caps, flanges, threaded fasteners and the like.
Wedge wire wound screen parameters:
- Gap (mm): 0.10, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.30-3
- Opening area up to 60%.
- Material: low carbon steel, low carbon steel galvanized, plastic spray, stainless steel (304, 316, etc.)
- Length: maximum length is 6 meters
- OD from: 25mm to 800mm
- Connection form: groove connection or threaded connection
