We manufacture many types of cartridges in welded wire, including traditional external radial wire configurations for flows from outside to inside.
We can also supply an inverse external radial wire and traditional external axial wire for flows from inside to outside.
Our cartridges and filter elements meet filter manufacturer's specifications.
Main feature
Filtering surfaces are designed to face externally or internally, according to flow direction
Depending on the wire shape and cartridge diameter, slot opening start from 25µm.
Filtering surface can be reinforced to match operation conditions(the design of the reinforcing structure takes into account static conditions)
All forms of machined rings, flanges or threads, complying with international standards, meet the most demanding assembly requirements.
Cartridges for Automatic Self Cleaning Filters
Guangxing offers ranges of cartridges to manufactures of automatic self cleaning filters, including normal external radial wire configurations for flows outside to inside.
We can also propose an inverse external radial wire and normal internal axial wire for flows from inside to outside. All forms of machined rings with threads, in compliance with international standards, are available to meet the most demanding of assembly requirements. These metal filtration components have highly accurate filtering thresholds as low as 15µm.
Pre-coated candles
we manufacture a number of pre-coated candles for the clarification of beer.
These cartridges generally have a diameter of between 27 and 38mm, a length of between 1000 and 2000mm, and have slots ranging from 25 to 60µm.
Filtration is performed by a pre-coated layer( kieselguhr type or other). Cleaning of the filter cake formed on the candle is achieved by a counter current flow.
wedge wire filter candles can be used:
For direct filtration As medium support (for example diatoms in pre-coat filters)
The filtration capacity can be modified easily by varying the number of candle filters to obtain the required filter area.
Cleaning
A stronger flow in the backward direction, known as backwash, cleans the candle filters effectively.
Maintenance
Because the filter elements are particularly rigid and rugged, they can be disassembled without risk of damage to the filter surface
