Product Description
The hengshui guangxing Rotary drum Screen basket is installed in a pumping station of a combined sewerage system to remove suspended solids from raw wastewater. When installed in a channel of the pumping station, the rotary screen traps suspended solids by Wedge Wire Screen. The raw wastewater flows into the rotating screen and is filtered when leaving the screen from the inside to the outside. Suspended solids are trapped on the inside surface of the screen, and raked upward as the screen rotates. The solids collected at the top of the inside of the screen are flushed out with flushing water down into a discharge trough for collection.
WEDGE SCREEN MESH
Wedge screen mesh is an indispensable device for conveying media piping, usually use installed in pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, water supply valves, square filters and other equipment. Filter is composed of the cylinder, stainless steel filter, sewage section, transmission and electrical control part. After water to be treated passes through the filter cartridge of the filter net, the impurities are blocked. When cleaning is required, the removable filter cartridge can be removed and reloaded again. Therefore, the maintenance is extremely convenient.
Wedge wire filter screen pipe johnson screen is a mechanical self-cleaning device that was developed to meet the growing need and demand for an efficient and economical method of removing suspended solids from mixed liquid streams. The continuous and self-cleaning effect of the rotating screens makes it possible to use higher flow capacities than those of any other type of screen thus resulting in substantial savings with respect to both investment and maintenance.
WEDGE SCREEN MESH FEATURE:
1. The mechanical strength is high and can withstand high pressures;
2. The filter gap is uniform, can form a relatively uniform filter cake, which is conducive to backwash regeneration;
3. The wedge-shaped filter gap can improve the backwash regeneration ability;
4. Prressure, temperature, anti-aging, anti-corrosion, can be applied to filter a variety of fluids.
5. The wedge mesh filter(Johnson pipe) are made of metal wedge wire with Rolling and welding technology, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high pressure resistant, easy flushing and regeneration, etc. Nearly two-dimensional filter has no dead spots of particle accumulation, and the wedge-shaped gap is reversed. The backwashing energy can be gathered when flushing, and the backwashing effect is good.
