Product Description

Our Sand Free Geothermal well Screen is a pipe base wire wrapped screen available in several designs, customized to well demands.These screens are used for deep geothermal wells with stand-alone completions in well sorted formations. We have full stainless designs for corrosive environments, high flow designs for maximum yield and economical friendly designs to meet any budget.   

The advanced wire wrapped screen technology provides superior weld strength and accurate slot openings. The accurate V-shaped wires provide free flow and optimal sand control.
A large number of support rods increases tensile strength and achieves rounder and stronger screens.


As standard, 304 stainless steel is used in the manufacture of the jacket, and J55 or K55 for the pipe base. The standard external screen open area is 21%, although other percentage open areas are available.
